These hockey pucks maximize strength when training specific muscle groups used while shooting wrist shots, backhands, stick handling or passing. Our aluminum and stainless steel design allows the pucks to slide on any paved or finished surface with an “ice like movement”. The original puck was used in 1991 can still be used today; this product is very durable and will be lost before worn out!
